We can perform reliability tests by ourselves in our company.

The measured values by micrometers and electronic holding power tester MC are inputted automatically through intranetwork systems. Therefore, we can check the values everywhere in the company, so it makes easier to control the crimping and holding power that are our special control points.

We established standard VISION INSPECTION SYSTEM that detects any defectives by distinguishing wire colors and terminal conditions such as incomplete insertions, inverse insertions, switched insertsions of connectors.

This system gives operators all of defective warning signals that may happen during the wire cutting and terminal crimping processes, by calculating CPK values of crimping power change automatically. Therefore, it can prevent defective possibilities of crimping processes.
